Waterloo and City Line depot (underneath Waterloo station) The entrance into the Waterloo and City line depot underneath Waterloo Station. The Waterloo and City Line is just a shuttle service between Waterloo and Bank in the City of London. Originally paid for by the London & South Western railway it replaced an Omnibus service that commuters had to use to get to work. Located nearby is an access route where trains can be hydraulically lifted in and out of the tunnel for off site maintenance.
