Broadgate Tower under construction The Broadgate Tower under construction in July 2007. The 33 storey completed building, developed by British Land in conjunction with Blackstone, has become one of the City Of London's most prominent buildings. Close to Liverpool Street station it is part of the 30 acre Broadgate Estate. Broadgate Tower was designed by architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill for the open market - a first in this area of London. Standing 540 feet tall the views from the top should be nothing less than spectacular.
